“DIVERSITY IS THE FUTURE OF FASHION”
Fashion icon Iman Bowie talks kimonos, everlasting love, and what needs to change in the industry. Supermodel, activist and the founder of her own cosmetics line, Iman Bowie is one of fashion’s true icons. She is also one of the seven personalities legendary photographer Jean-Paul Goude shot for the upcoming Kenzo x H&M in Paris. “I have known him forever, but never worked with him,” says Iman, gushing over the experience.
The campaign, starring Chloë Sevigny, Chance The Rapper, Riyuchi Sakamoto, Xiuhtezcatl Martinez, Rosario Dawson and Suboi, alongside Iman, is a celebration of self-expression and diversity. Two things that are more important than ever, according to Iman.
The Kenzo x H&M collection launches on November 3, in over 250 selected stores worldwide as well as online. The collection features clothes and accessories for both men and women.
