Brooklyn Bahia by Gabriele Corcos & Debi Mazar
3 lime wedges
5 mint leaves
2 ounces “du Norte” rum
3⁄4 ounces Aperol
1 tablespoon honey
Mint Leaves and Lime slice, for garnish
In a cocktail shaker muddle together lime and mint leaves. Add remaining ingredients, cover with ice and shake well. Strain into a rock glass or a martini glass, garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lime.
